Refund policy

We work on a no return and refund policy for all items.

Only exception being, if the product is received damaged and the same is brought to our notice within 48 hrs, along with supporting images of the damaged good.

If 48 hrs have gone by since delivery, we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in original packing as received along with a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 There is no guarantee for colours and zari in handloom products. Slight variation in colour/look of the product could be there due to digital photography.

Returns

To return your product you need to opt any of the 2 options below:

1. Self ship the product to:

Note: Receipt of courier to be shared for reimbursement which should not exceed more than 15% of the product value

2. We will provide you return shipping label which needs to be attached to the return package. So that we can arrange the return pickup for the same. 

 Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are received defective or damaged and after immediate intimation (within 48hrs of delivery) on the receipt of the product. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at kriaarts@gmail.com

 Cancellation

Order can be cancelled within 12 hours from the time of order placed, Beyond that cancellation is not accepted. 

 Orders placed during special Sale days are not eligible for cancellation.
