Cancellation & Return Policy

At Kria Arts, we maintain a strict no return and no refund policy on all products.

Exceptions – Damaged Products

Returns or replacements are only accepted if:

  • The product is received damaged during transit
  • The issue is reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Clear images of the damage are shared as proof

Requests raised after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in original packaging
  • A valid proof of purchase/receipt must be provided

Product Disclaimer

  • Handloom products may have slight variations in color, texture, and zari work
  • These variations are natural and may also occur due to digital photography and lighting differences
  • Such differences do not qualify as defects

Return Process

You may choose one of the following options:

1. Self-Shipping

Note:

  • Share the courier receipt for reimbursement
  • Shipping cost reimbursement is capped at 15% of the product value

2. Reverse Pickup (Our Arrangement)

  • We will provide a return shipping label
  • Attach it to the package for pickup arrangement

Refund / Replacement

  • Once the returned product is received and inspected:
    • Replacement will be processed within 7 working days
    • If the product is unavailable, a refund will be issued within 7 working days

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective or damaged
  • Reported within 48 hours of delivery

Delivery & Shipping

  • Orders are typically dispatched within  2–3 working days
  • If the product is unavailable, sourcing may take 2–3 weeks
  • You will be notified once your order is shipped

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement
  • Cancellation requests after 12 hours will not be accepted
  • Orders placed during special sale periods are not eligible for cancellation
